Grainfather will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period.
Our last working day will be Friday, December 20th, and we will reopen on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025.
You can still place orders within these dates, but they will not be dispatched until we reopen.

Delivery is via a third-party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers in Australia.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, as a signature is usually required. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
