Grainfather will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period.

Our last working day will be Friday the 20th of December and we will reopen on Thursday the 26th of December 2024.

Wednesday the 1st January 2025 our warehouse will again be closed. 

You can still place orders within these dates, we will dispatch orders in chronological order of order date. Please note it may or may not mean your order is not dispatched until we reopen. 

To increase your chances of getting your delivery in time for Christmas, see the last dates to order below. Please place your order as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment,

Delivery is via a third-party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes in the United States.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, as a signature is usually required. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
