Maximum batch volume: 40 L post-boil into the fermenter.
However, with larger grain bills at the maximum batch volume some wort collected during the pre-boil may need to be removed and added back during the boil.
Minimum batch volume: 10 L post-boil into the fermenter.
Please note that with larger grain bills because of the water to grist ratio and the recoverable dead space volume that there will often be no sparge water volume to add at the minimum batch volume. Mash efficiency may be affected.
