Fixed critical temperature-related crashes affecting controllers set to Fahrenheit (°F) during:

• Fermentation profile startup
• Making changes to a currently running fermentation profile
• When a fermentation step automatically advances to the next temperature setting

Note: This update is particularly important for users operating their controllers in Fahrenheit mode.
