If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your G30, please return this to us within 30 days of receipt and we can refund your purchase using your original payment method. However, you will need to send this back to us at your own cost.

We can only accept returns from those who have purchased from an official Grainfather website, owned by Bevie Handcraft NZ Ltd. We are only able to offer the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee in regions where we sell through an official Grainfather website, owned by Bevie Handcraft NZ Ltd.

If you move countries for example, you would need to return the item to the country in which you purchased this from in order to receive a refund. Please note, refunds will only be processed once the item is received by our warehouse.
