The ingredients boxes have a pop-out menu which you can select your ingredient from.
You can begin typing to filter through the list. If an ingredient you want to use is not listed, simply select 'custom ingredient'.
Once you have selected an ingredient there are several boxes to fill in which determine how much you are using, when you are using it and how you are using it.
