How to assemble and adjust the height of the fermenter by following the steps below;

1. Remove the large dome nuts from the body of the SF70.
2. Lay the fermenter gently on its side, using a mat or towel underneath it to avoid scratches.
3. Mount each of the three legs onto the threaded bolts and secure the dome nuts back into place. Ensure that all of the legs are adjusted to the same height.

NOTE: Use the extra holes on the leg to adjust the height of your SF70 as shown below.

The height in the tallest leg position (including air lock) is 1300mm (130cm). Leg adjustment reduces height by 130mm (13cm) to give a total height in lowest position of 1170mm (117cm).
