Can I adjust the G40 sight glass to show Metric units rather then Imperial units?

Yes you can! 

You just need to loosen the nuts at the top and bottom of the sight glass, this will then allow the sight glass sheath to move which will allow access to the glass itself, this can then be rotated to show metric units.
