If you've lost a recipe by mistake, here's what to do.
Can it be restored?
There's no self-service "undo" or recycle bin option in the app for deleted recipes at this stage. If you've accidentally deleted a recipe, the best path is to reach out directly.
What to do
Contact the Grainfather Customer Service Team for assistance. Have the following ready to help speed things up:
- Your Grainfather account username/email
- The name of the recipe (as accurately as you can recall it)
- Roughly when it was created or last used, if known
Going forward
To avoid this happening again, it's worth exporting or noting down the details of any recipes you've customised — particularly ones you've spent time tweaking — so you have a backup outside the app.
