The G30 Brewing System comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — but a few conditions apply, so here's the full picture before you get in touch.
Who this applies to
- Only the G30 Brewing System itself — accessories and add-ons aren't covered.
- Only available where you've purchased from an official Grainfather website, owned by Bevie Handcraft NZ Ltd.
- Only offered in regions where we sell through an official Grainfather website.
What's needed to return within 30 days
- Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your G30.
- The unit needs to be unused and in its original box.
- We'll need a photo of the box before you send it back.
- Return shipping is at your own cost.
- Refunds are processed once the item arrives back at our warehouse, using your original payment method.
- If you've moved countries, you'll need to return the unit to the country you originally purchased it in to get your refund.
Don't have a G30?
This guarantee only covers the G30 Brewing System, so if your order is for a different Grainfather product, please still get in touch with our Customer Service team — we'll take a look at your order and see what we can do.
Outside the 30 days, or not covered by this guarantee
If the 30 days has passed, or your order falls outside these conditions, we're unable to cancel the order or process a refund on that basis. If something's not right with your brewing kit though — a fault, a shipping issue, or anything else — our team is still here to help.
Reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number and a quick description of what's going on, and we'll take it from there. We're brewers too, so we'll always look for the best way to get you back on track.
