Unfortunately, the G30 doesn't support automated strike temperature mode.
While the calculated strike temperature value is displayed in the brew session for all equipment types, the G30 is unable to use this value in the automated brewing process.
However, the smaller batch sizes typically brewed in the G30 allow the mash temperature to stabilise fairly quickly, so manual adjustment is not usually required.
