If you're wishing to co-ferment with more than one strain, killer positive strains cannot be used – however any combination of neutral and/or sensitive strains should work fine together.
This is our explanation of our categorisation of 'Killer Factor' which is either sensitive, neutral or positive:
- Killer positive (or active) strains will out-compete sensitive strains but neutral strains will be unaffected.
- Killer neutral strains will not affect sensitive strains nor be impacted by killer positive strains.
- Killer sensitive strains will be affected by killer positive but not killer neutral strains.
