Our last working day will be Wednesday, December 23rd, and we will reopen on Monday, January 4th, 2027.
Orders placed by Monday, December 21st are guaranteed to be dispatched before we close. Just a heads up: dispatch isn’t the same as delivery, so check the dates below if you need it before Christmas. Orders placed after the 21st? These will be sent once the warehouse reopens.

Our online store stays open over the break. You’re welcome to order any time. Orders placed from December 22nd will ship once we’re back on 4 January.

Delivery is via a third-party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers in Australia.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, as a signature is usually required. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
