Our last working day will be Wednesday, December 23rd, and we will reopen on Tuesday, January 5th, 2027.
To have your order delivered before Christmas, order by Wednesday, December 16. That applies anywhere in New Zealand, for big and small items alike.

Our online store stays open over the break. You’re welcome to order any time. Orders placed from Wednesday, December 23rd will ship once we’re back on Tuesday, January 5th.

Delivery is via a third-party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes, Private Bags or Parcel Lockers in New Zealand.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, as a signature is usually required. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.
