What is the maximum temperature of wort that I can transfer into GF30?
We recommend transferring the wort into the fermenter when it is at 40°C (104°F) or cooler.
It should be noted that the fermenter is well-insulated, which means it may take a significant amount of time to cool down passively. Additionally, if you're considering the use of a Glycol Chiller (GC2 or GC4), be aware that refrigeration systems can be damaged if used to cool a thermal load that is too high in temperature.
