If you encounter an error or a persistent spinning wheel while attempting to connect your unit to Wi-Fi with your device, it may be due to incompatibility with SSIDs (Wi-Fi names) and/or passwords containing special characters like &, _, *, #, -, and others.

This issue arises only during the initial setup. If the setup is complete and you wish to use a different device, there should be no problem. However, if you acquire a new SSID and need to set it up again, make sure to verify this step once more.

If you encounter this issue during setup, consider one of the following solutions:

• Remove special characters (&_*#- etc.) from your SSID.
• Establish the Wi-Fi connection.
