Could you please try the following steps:
1. Go to https://community.grainfather.com/login
2. Click "Forgot password?"
3. Enter the email address your Grainfather account is registered under
4. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the reset email - it can take a few minutes to arrive
5. Click the link in that email and set a new password
A couple of things that commonly trip this up:
- The reset email can land in spam. Please be sure to check here in case the link does not come through
- If you have more than one email address, the account may be registered under a different email address than the one you're trying
- The reset link expires after a short time, so if it's been sitting in your inbox a while, request a fresh one
